I’ve just discovered the Google Earth / Maps gadget. Just throw in a KML file (luckily 360cities has a KML file for the world, for every city, and every photographer, including the spherical PhotoOverlays you see here, so that work was already done)

Use the controls or your mouse wheel to zoom and navigate the map. Double click a location to enter the image.
