panorama from the surface of mars!
Sadly we do not yet have Mars.360cities.net so unfortunately this panorama will have to be broadcast from one of our Earthly cities. What better one then, than the home of 360cities.net, Prague. This panorama is a celebratory image taken on the fourth birthday of the Mars Rover, last Friday, January 25, 2008.

This image, which I found here, looked suspiciously like one of our thousands of equirectangular projections of panoramas. All I had to do was add more space for the sky, and process it like any of our other panoramas, into this interactive version.
A big happy birthday to the Mars Rovers, and thanks to NASA for the amazing images we’ve gotten from it.
